These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of LandGenie, a service operated by E.S. Entrepreneurship Project Management LLC, located at 132 S Lasky Dr. Floor 2, Unit #225, Beverly Hills, CA 90212 ("Company", "we", "our", or "us").

By accessing or using the service, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use LandGenie.

2. Eligibility and Account Use

You must be legally capable of entering a binding agreement to use the service. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity under your account.

3. Description of Service

LandGenie provides AI-powered tools that help users create marketing content for land and real estate listings. Features and functionality may change over time.

4. User Responsibilities

You are solely responsible for all content you submit, generate, edit, publish, or distribute using the service. You must review and verify all generated outputs before relying on or publishing them.

You are also responsible for complying with all applicable laws, regulations, and platform policies relevant to your listings, marketing activities, and business operations.

5. AI-Generated Content Disclaimer

AI-generated outputs may contain errors, omissions, outdated assumptions, or misleading phrasing. LandGenie does not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, legality, merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or reliability of any generated content.

6. No Brokerage, Legal, or Financial Advice

LandGenie is a software platform and is not a real estate broker, agent, escrow provider, attorney, tax advisor, or financial advisor. Nothing in the service constitutes legal, financial, tax, brokerage, or professional advice.

7. Acceptable Use Policy

Your use of LandGenie is subject to our Acceptable Use Policy at /acceptable-use. You agree not to use the service in violation of that policy.

8. Account Suspension or Termination

We may suspend, restrict, or terminate your access, with or without notice, if we reasonably believe you have violated these Terms, the Acceptable Use Policy, or applicable law, or if your use creates risk for the service, users, or third parties.

9. Disclaimer of Warranties

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis, without warranties of any kind, express or implied.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Company and its affiliates, officers, employees, and service providers will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits, revenue, data, goodwill, or business opportunities.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total aggregate liability for all claims arising out of or related to the service will not exceed the amount you paid to LandGenie in the thirty (30) days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

11. Indemnification

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless the Company and its affiliates, officers, employees, and agents from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of or related to your use of the service, your content, or your violation of these Terms or applicable law.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California and applicable United States law, without regard to conflicts-of-law principles.
